“Peace in God”
Habakkuk
3:18-19
I will rejoice in the LORD. I will be joyful in the God of my
salvation.
The Sovereign LORD is my strength! He will make me as surefooted
as a
deer and bring me safely over the mountains.
(NLT)
No
matter how difficult our circumstances may be and no matter how unfair this
world treats us, there will always be reason for believers to rejoice in our
Lord God and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Because of His great love and compassion for us, the Son of God has made
it possible for anyone to come into the very presence of the living God. The salvation of mankind is a gift from God;
one that is graciously offered to anyone, no matter what our past mistakes have
been. Without the Robe of Christ
covering our sinful flesh it would be impossible for any human being to stand
blameless before our Holy God.
It is
because of the Lord God’s unchangeable attributes that we can fully trust Him
with our lives, even when we are deeply trapped in the chaos of darkness that
engulfs this world. The better you know
the Lord Jesus Christ, the better you will understand your personal circumstances and the more peace you will
have about them. And even though there
will be times when it is hard to understand why God allows bad things to
happen, we can be confident that He will guide us safely over the rugged peaks
of our life-journey at the proper time and according to His good will. To receive the promise of God’s gift of
salvation is a great event to celebrate and praise our awesome God for. And always remember my friends, that having
the power of God behind you is having a secure and rewarding life-journey that
will take you Home where you belong.
A Whisper of Hope
Be
glad, My child…that your life-journey is not in vain.
It is a learning process that will teach you the glories of life even
though you must suffer for awhile. I
came to snatch you from the grips of Satan and his fallen world and to lead you
on the only path that leads to an everlasting life with Me. This is My promise; I give you My Word.
Ephesians 2:4
But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so
very
much, that even while we were dead because of our
sins, He gave us life when He raised Christ form the
dead. (NLT)
His peace will guard your hearts
and minds in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians
4:7)
