“GOD I AM”

 Genesis 41:16

“It is beyond my power to do this,” Joseph replied.

“But God will tell you what it means and will set

you at ease.”  (NLT)

     The LORD, our God and Creator, is sovereign over everything.  Nothing escapes His knowledge, His sight, nor does anything exceed His awesome power. And because God knows all things actual and possible, He knows all things from the past, the present, and all future things as well.  God did not create the universe and everything in it just to leave it and let it evolve on its own.  God has planned out the destiny of His creation, and thus, controls the course of time and all events.  God has always been involved in the development of human history and is also personally involved in each and every human life.  And even when we think things are totally out of control, we can be sure that the hand of God is busy directing all things for the good of His Kingdom to come.  God is the Creator, Director and the Owner of all things. He is God and there is no one like Him! If we are to know and understand the Truth about our all-knowing, all powerful, and ever present God and why we were created, we must go straight to the Source—to the Author of Life—to God Himself.  For when we do, King Jesus will give us everything we need to know and will righteously direct our paths according to His will.  When we have the Spirit of Truth living in our hearts, He removes the blinders from our eyes so we can see the true reality about life, death, and what is yet to come our way. 

     Every living thing, no matter where it lies in the food chain or what its significance is, needs the Living God, my friend, and that includes you, no matter if you believe it or not.  But in order for God to help guide you, you must believe in His sovereignty over everything. You must also surrender your will and entire life-journey into His care and control, and also trust Him with the circumstances of the world around you as well.  And when you let God be God, you will receive His peace that will comfort your heart and mind as you live in Christ Jesus.  Knowing the Truth and living God’s Way rather than your own, is not an easy road to follow, but if you stick with God, you can be sure that your Creator and Savior knows what is best and He will do everything to get you Home safely.  God is God and He can be nothing less than who He is.  And whether you believe the Truth or not, His will, will be done.

                                      A Whisper of Hope 

 I Am God, My child…there is no Other.  And you can trust Me with the course of your life, because I have great plans for you.  The world will tell you otherwise, but don’t be fooled, for the world will lead you down a very slippery path that seems right, but will end in tragedy.  My path, if chosen, is always the right path to take; it is the path that never ends!

Nehemiah 9:6

You alone are the LORD; You have made Heaven,

the heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth

and all things on it, the seas and all that is in them. 

And You preserve them all.  The host of Heaven

worships You.  (NKJ)

         And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM”
