“Saving Nature”

Psalm 145:14

The LORD upholds all who fall,

And raises up all those who are

bowed down.  (NKJ)

     As I draw closer to the Lord, the greater my desire is to honor Him for being the saving God that He is.  And as I learn about God's unconditional love, and His mercy and grace, the more I want to fill my life with Him.  We are blessed by the faithful patience He has for such a rebellious people, because He keeps many of us from dying in our sins that would have otherwise put us away forever.  I, like many before me, experienced the saving grace of our sinless Savior, Christ Jesus, who saved us by dying for our sins.  Jesus rescues us before wandering so far away that we can never get Home.  He never stops pursuing the lost and downtrodden, for He is, by nature, a holy and saving God.  How blessed I feel for having the God of Creation transforming my once lost and hopeless existence into a God driven life that has been cleansed, renewed, and filled with the joy of the Lord, and no matter what transpires in this fallen world, I have the promise of salvation, and the guarantee that nothing will ever separate me from Jesus' love and protection.

       Our awesome God loves completely.  Both His love and commitment are unconditional, because He knows we are all sin flawed and can never be good enough.  The Lord takes pity upon the lowly; those dejected souls who are suffering and discouraged, laden with the heavy loads of this hard and unfair world.  It is the Lord’s hand that is holding everything up, giving people time to choose and His children the strength and courage to live faithfully through the many storms that are raging in our world and getting more dangerous with time.  The Lord hears every cry of those who are lost in the hopelessness of this dark world and desperately reaching out for a miracle.  God is our only Hope.  He is our Heavenly Father, our Mighty Savior, and our Sovereign Helper; a God filled with lovingkindness and amazing grace.  Whether you are strutting on high ground or low crawling in our shame, God receives everyone just as they are, for none are too high, nor is anyone so low that they are beyond His incredible saving grace. God's plan is redemption, His goal is perfection, and there is nothing greater than He who saves! 

                                          A Whisper of Hope

Be not afraid or discouraged, My child…for I Am with you always.  I will pick you up when you fall and remove the burdens you were not created to bear.  I lighten your loads and help you stand strong.   I dust you off when you fall, and put you on a good path; it is who I AM; it is what I do!

Mathew 11:28-29
