                          No Barrier Zone 

1 Samuel 6:20

Who is able to stand in the presence of the

LORD, this holy God?”  they cried out.  (NLT)

     There are absolute laws of the universe that God created, which not only hold creation together, but also set the standards for how we should live.  All of God’s laws are absolute and they will only change if He changes them.  We must accept these laws and live by them whether we want to or not, or whether we believe them or not.  But there is one absolute that is critical for us to know and believe, because our eternal future is at stake.  No sin can be in the heavenly Home of our Holy God—therefore, we must be holy and without blemish to be with God. So, we must plead for forgiveness and simply ask for His help.  And it's because of this absolute law that our Lord God left the glory of Heaven to live as a man of flesh and blood to become our sin.  Jesus paid the price for the no barrier zone between God and man.  Now, we can again be in the Presence of our Holy God at any time or any place. His selfless act of absolute love became the righteous covering for anyone who wants it. 

     God’s standards are high and without Jesus it would be impossible for us to meet those standards.  What an amazing, life-saving gift this is my friends, for we were once dead in our sin and separated from God, but we are now alive in Christ and cleansed by His blood.  We can now come to God as we are and not be struck down or ignored, but forgiven and loved!  The Spirit of God is at work in our world and living in His children.  He hears our every cry and feels our every pain.  He comforts the uneasy, loves the unlovable, and forgives the unforgivable.  We have a gracious God who wants no one to suffer in the eternal darkness of Hell.  We have a Father in Heaven, our Savior at His side, and the power of His Holy Spirit to guide us Home.  The world tries to convince us otherwise, but only Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  So, enter into Heaven’s Most Holy Place with the Most High God, for there is no barrier to keep you from His Holiness because of the precious blood of Christ.

                              A Whisper of Hope

Come into My Presence, dear child…and let us spend some time together, for your sin is hidden in    Me.  But one day I will take you into My garden where we can sit and talk Face to face awhile.  But until then, you must live this difficult life covered by My blood, trusting in the absolute Truth.

Hebrews 10:19-20

And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter

heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. 

This is the new, life-giving way that Christ has opened

up for us through the sacred curtain, by means of His

death for us.  (NLT)
