                                      “Life's Battle”
 Micah 6:8
He has shown you, O man, what is good; and
what does the LORD require of you but to do justly,
to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?  (NKJ)

The Lord God never commands us to do the impossible.  God knows what our limits are without Him and He knows what we can accomplish with Him.  Because of our sinful nature it is not always possible for us to be fair, kindhearted, and humble in every circumstance.  And it is for this reason that we need the Lord God to help us in our quest to live and love like Jesus.  We have His written Word that tells us how and the Living Word who shows us the Way.  We have God's mercy and grace when we fall, and His mighty strength to pull us up.  There is nothing too great for our Mighty God, nor is there anything beyond His reach.  There is no greater power than the One who spoke the universe into existence, nor is there a love that can compare with the love that our Savior has shown for mankind.
Our human flesh is weak and our spirit is flawed, but when you humbly surrender your life to the Lord, you can trust Him to help you finish this life in victory.  With God you have everything you need to fight and win your battles for life—battles that must be fought while living in this fallen world.  Everyone in this world is born into a great and mighty war—an everyday battle to survive, and an everyday battle for our hearts, minds, and souls.  There is a raging war between God’s goodness and the evil of Satan; furious battles that will determine whether you spend eternity with God in Heaven or with Satan in Hell.

                                               A Whisper of Hope
Trust Me,dear child... for I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life.  Without Me you have neither the Wisdom to save your soul nor the Strength to fight the Enemy.  When you follow My battle plan, it will navigate you through the mine fields of Satan, whose purpose is to maim and kill.  You can join My army of saints and live in victory, or surrender to Satan and join him in the Lake of Fire forever.

Psalm 24:8
Who is the King of glory?
The LORD, strong and mighty,
the LORD, invincible in battle.  (NLT)

How we thank God, who gives us victory
over sin and death through Jesus Christ our Lord!
                                   (1 Corinthians 15:57)
