“Soul Food”
Isaiah 55:2, 3
Listen, and I will tell you where to get food
that is good for the soul. Come to Me with
your ears wide open.
Listen, for the life of
your soul is at stake. (NLT)
Our
loving God is a gracious Provider; One who gives us every good and healthy
thing. He is continually seeking to save
our souls from the Destroyer of souls, the Devil. Satan cleverly disguises his sin and when you
eat from his plate, it not only speeds up your destruction in this life, but it
will also destroy the glorious eternal life that God has planned for you as
well. Satan and this world are
relentless when it comes to offering us the kind of food that is poison to our
minds and hearts, and deadly for our souls.
The Devil’s food is bad for both the body and the soul, because it
always leads death and decay. But the
special food of the Good Shepherd is so heavenly nutritious that it extends our
lives indefinitely.
The
Lord God, Jesus Christ, never grows weary in search of those lost who are lost
and gorging on the Devil’s food, because God knows that a life void of heavenly
nutrition will weaken and deteriorate the precious life He has created. Whatever the worldly source you are feeding
on my friend, it's time to change your diet and feast on the Word of God, the
Perfect Nutritional Plan for healthy living.
You don't want your heart to become so poisoned that you slowly die the
death that is without end. Call on the
Lord while you can and ask for some of His delicious soul food while He is
still serving, because His food for your soul gives everlasting vigor and joy.
A
Whisper of Hope
Ask
Me, dear one…and I will give you food for your soul. I Am the One and only God, the Shepherd of
your life, and your well being is dependent upon the Health Plan for Living I
have created for you. Trust Me My child,
and I will give you the Bread of Life; a heavenly food designed for a healthy
life-journey that is without end.
John 6:33, 35
“For the bread of God is He who comes down from
heaven and
gives life to the world. And Jesus said to them, “I am the Bread
of
Life,He who comes to me shall never hunger, and he who be-
lieves in Me shall never thirst.

Seek
the LORD while He may be found,
call upon Him while He is near.
