                                    “All You Need”
 Isaiah 46:3-4
Listen to Me, all you who are left in Israel.  I created you and have cared for
you since before you were born.  I will be your God throughout your lifetime
—until your hair is white with age.  I made you, and I will care for you.  I will
carry you along and save you.  (NLT)

These words from the Living God were not only for His people Israel at that time in history, but they are also meant for all peoples throughout the ages—words that not only encourage those who have already put their hope and trust in the Lord God, but to also reveal His Truth to those who do not know Him.  The Lord wants everyone to know where they came from and what they can expect from the One who created them.  He wants us to know and believe that everything in the heavens and on earth were created by God and for God.  Our Creator and Savior, Jesus Christ, sustains the universe and everything in it, and He provides everything that every living creature needs.  The survival of creation is 100% dependent upon its Creator, and if you think you can live without God, you are either living in complete denial of the Truth or you are living in the darkness so full of yourself that you cannot see the Truth about your humble existence.
God created the universe and mankind for His glory and good pleasure, not the other way around, and our purpose is to live for God and do it in such a way that it brings Him honor and glory.  When we humbly surrender to the Truth, the Lord draws us into His Presence where He can personally teach us who He is and how He loves us.  If you live apart from the Living God who saved you, you are controlled by your sinful nature and the darkness of Satan.   And if you die apart from God, the darkness will swallow you up forever.  Most people who live apart from God, like I once did, believe and trust in the world to satisfy their hunger and thirst for life, but at the end of the day, we are left feeling empty, hopeless and confused.  Don’t live apart from your Creator, my friends, because it will steal the joy of living that God has for you—joy that He went to the Cross to provide for you!

                                                  A Whisper of Hope
Rely on Me, dear child...for I will provide abundant blessings when you do.  Come to Me for protection and I will keep you from being sucked into the darkness of Satan and his fallen world.  Embrace Me as your Lord God and Savior, and you will always sleep in peace.

Colossians 1:16
For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth,
visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers.
All things were created through Him and for Him.  (NKJ)

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.
                                   (James 4:8)
