Simple Truth
Proverbs
1:32-33
For the turning away of the simple will slay them,
and the complacency of fools
will destroy them.
But whoever listens to Me will dwell safely,
and will be secure, without
fear of evil. (NKJ)
The Book of Proverbs is the
God given wisdom of King Solomon that is timeless in its truth. They give us a clear picture of sound,
reliable wisdom from the Creator of all wisdom and truth. If the wisdom from God is used wisely, it
brings our lives a true and lasting purpose that is not only highly valuable
for us now, but has eternal value as well.
Knowing and living in God’s wisdom is critical for living this life,
because we must have the ability to discern the foolishness of man-made wisdom
(which brings temporary pleasure and eternal darkness) from the godly wisdom (that
brings us hope in the Light of true living).
The wisdom of God is not only concise and to the point, but was made
simple so that everyone could understand.
When you build the foundation of your life on God’s Word and are guided
by His wisdom, you experience the kind of pleasure and joy in living that is
unknown to those who pursue the ways of the world.
When you are a child of the
Living God you know where the Lord is leading you and why you are being lead
there. By following God’s ways and His
infinite wisdom we are able to learn the truth about life and death, which is
something that people desperately need, for they are being led away from God’s
Truth and down the paths of Satan. When
people simply reject God, they live only to pursue their own selfish needs that
satisfy their lustful desires, and if this misdirection is not diverted, it
will lead into the hellish darkness of the abyss. When you walk wisely alongside the Lord,
listening, meditating, and following His wisdom for life, you will travel this
life-journey in peace, knowing that God will never lead you astray. God’s wisdom has the power to defeat the evil
that consumes this foolish and wayward world—and it’s available for all who
seek it.
A Whisper of Hope
I Am the Voice
of Wisdom, dear child...Do not listen to the call of man-made wisdom
that threatens your very soul by leading you into darkness of this evil
world. The foolish and sin filled wisdom
of this fallen world pursues you with a vengeance to be against My Infinite
Wisdom, and when ignored, you will be filled with lingering sorrow and regret
that never goes away!
1 Kings 4:29-30
And God gave
Solomon wisdom and exceedingly great
understanding,
and largeness of heart like the sand on
the
seashore. Thus, Solomon’s wisdom excelled
the wisdom
of all the men
of the East and all the wisdom of Egypt.
(NKJ)
You will keep on guiding me with
Your council,
leading me to a glorious destiny.
(Psalm
73:24)
