                 The End of Days
Psalm79:9 (nlt)
Help us, O God of our salvation!
Help us for the honor of your
      name.
Oh, save us and forgive our sins
for the sake of your name.

                Whispers from My Heart
This psalm should be the cry of all God’s children no matter where they live in this world. Our world that is being led into darkness (like sheep to slaughter) by the devil and his cohorts is at a tipping point—it is at a turning point. Our great nation that was ordained for the glory of the LORD at its beginning is being judged even as I type these words. The harbingers are right before our eyes, yet most people chose to ignore them. Much like God’s people Israel, we, too, are slipping away from the living God who blessed us richly. And our only hope is found in the mercy and grace of the LORD God our Creator, Savior and King.
We know that the LORD is a patient God—One who wants no one to suffer his terrible wrath. And as God’s very own adopted children, we, too, should not even want our worst enemies to suffer at the hands of God in these last days. The signs are ripe for the Lord’s return. It couldn’t be any clearer than it is now. The birth pains are getting stronger and more frequent as the days go by. This past year has set new records in what is God’s removal of His hedge of protection. As a nation we have put into its laws to redefine marriage. Our children are being taught that they can be any sex they want and it’s accepted and okay. Our airways are flooded with things that no eyes should see nor ear should hear. People have become lovers of self and full of pride. Our nation is shaking its fists at the LORD and defying His Authority.
Why does the LORD let this evil rebellion go on and not just wipe us off the face of the earth? It’s because we have a loving God that wants to lose no one to the sinner’s fate that was created for Satan and the fallen angels. But even God has his limits, my friend, and his patience is running out. His plan for redemption is coming to an end. And before we know it, there will be no turning back, no resetting of our clocks, no more changing of hearts or minds—no more chances—only regrets and anger and fear!

And the Lord God Says (1 Thessalonians 4:16, 17) nlt
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven…
First, the Christians who have died will rise from
their graves…Then, together with them, we
who are still alive…will be caught up in
the clouds to meet the Lord in the air…
Then we will be with the Lord forever…
                              So encourage each other.

Words of Wisdom (Proverbs 24:33, 34) niv
A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands
to rest and poverty will come on you like a thief.
