           Knowing God
Hosea 6:3
Oh, that we might know the LORD!
Let us press on to know Him.  Then
He will respond to us as surely as the
arrival of dawn or the coming of rains
in early spring.” (NLT)

The best way to know and understand the LORD our God is by spending some alone time in His Holy Presence, reading His Word, and waiting quietly for Him to speak to your heart.  By doing this you are inviting Him into your life and you will discover the Truth about who God is, who you are, and why He has given you the life you have.  The Lord wants to draw you close to Himself so He can provide what you need for living a righteous life that will honor Him and you.  When we develop a loving and personal relationship with our Saving God, He blesses our lives with the wisdom and power to not only persevere this difficult life with peace and thanksgiving in our hearts, but to trust Him so our fears and doubts will begin to lose their mighty grip on us.  It is so important my friends, that we spend personal time with God everyday so we can confess our sins and ask Him for His forgiveness—to thank Him for all He does and to share our deepest thoughts and concerns with Him.  Then we can ask for His boundless mercy and grace to guide us in all Truth and Wisdom.
Christ Jesus is the only Living God and He can be trusted to get us peacefully through our days with His perfect guidance. The Lord is not only your Source for salvation, but He is also the best Guide for our life-journey here on earth.  Living in fear, doubt, uncertainty, and sinfulness is not the way God wants you to live your life in this world.  He is your Heavenly Father; the One who made you in your mother’s womb.  He loves you and He wants you to love Him in return.  You must learn to trust God with all things because if you depend on anyone or anything else, you will lose the most precious gift of all; eternal life as it was meant to be.

                                        A Whisper of Hope
Trust and rely on Me, My child...and you can count on Me to be with you always, especially in your times of great need or trouble.  I keep the best for all those who put their trust in Me, for the more you trust in Me, the more I enable you to do.  Learning to trust Me with your life will take some time.  Start by trusting me with those everyday problems that arise, and then when a fearful and turbulent storm comes your way, My grace will be sufficient to see you through to victory.

Isaiah 26:3-4
You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in You,
whose thoughts are fixed on You!  Trust in the Lord
always, for the LORD GOD is the eternal Rock.  (NLT)

“Blessed is the man who trusts
          in the LORD, and
       whose Hope is the LORD.
              (Jeremiah 17:7)
