“Don’t Be Fooled”

 Proverbs 10:23

Doing wrong is fun for a fool,

But a man of understanding has wisdom.  (NKJ)

     Whenever we do anything that is contrary to the will of God, it's wrong and it's sin.  And the reason we are so easily tempted into doing what is contrary to the will of God, is because we are inherently wrong doers by nature.  We are a sinful, self-centered, and greedy people, who are easily convinced that bad is not all that bad and being good takes the pleasure out of living—the age old lie of Satan, who manipulates our sinful nature for his dirty work.  The arch Enemy of God and his deceitfulness is more alive today than it has ever been and it’s spreading at high speed through the internet.  The evil lies of Satan are taking this world down a dangerous path that leads nowhere and ends in eternal death.  You may think that the battles of good and evil are nothing more than manmade fabrications for a good story, but don’t be fooled, my friends, because the battles for our hearts, minds, and souls are very real and they are being fought in both the physical and spiritual realms. 

     These life and death battles are very real and very intense. Everyone faces these every day battles; battles for our physical and spiritual survival; battles that can bring us life or death; battles that will determine our eternal destination.  Just as the physical world has always been ravaged by war, so, too, has the spiritual world been at war.  Satan wants to destroy everything that is God's, but he knows his time is drawing to an end, and is working feverishly to take as many people as he can into the eternal burning Lake of Fire.  But Jesus Christ personally paid for your freedom from sin and death and saved you, if you so desire, from eternal condemnation that is justly due.  Our Lord God does not want anyone to be locked away in Hell forever.  We know this because Jesus took it upon Himself to pave our Way to Heaven. 

                                                  A Whisper of Hope

Believe the Truth, My child…it will set you free from the lies that would otherwise bring you into eternal punishment.  I have made eternal plans for you that are out of the world.  Stay close to Me and  you won't be fooled by the foolishness of this wicked world that wants your soul.

Revelation 20:13-15

The sea gave up the dead in it and death and the grave gave up the dead in them.  They were all judged according to their deeds.  And death and the grave were thrown into the Lake of Fire.  This is the second death—the Lake of Fire.  And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the Lake of Fire.

          Dear children, keep away from anything that 

           might take God’s place in your hearts.
