Unleashed”
I urge you,
first of all, to pray for all people. As
you make your requests, plead
for Gods mercy
upon them, and give thanks. This is good
and pleases God our
Savior, for He
wants everyone to be saved and to understand the Truth. (NLT)
The Lord calls us to pray
for all peoples throughout the world, especially for those who suffer at the
hands of the oppressive and those who have never heard the Good News Gospel of Jesus
Christ. This Good News brings much
needed hope into lives that have little hope.
God loves all people in ways that our finite minds can never know. Our loving God takes no pleasure in seeing
people suffer but He wants the world to know that our suffering does not have
to be in vain. And it is the prayers of
saints that can make the difference between life or death. The Lord answers prayer and it is through the
power of prayer that we can help support God's plan of redemption while He
softens hardened hearts and opens the eyes of the blind.
Our prayers for the lost
souls of this dark and dying world are an important part of who we are as
children of the Living God. And with our
prayers is our commission to spread the Good News that forgiveness and
salvation is for all peoples throughout the world. When it is all said and done, it is the
sovereign power of the Lord that changes lives and saves souls, but it's an
awesome thing when the prayer bearer sees God's answered prayer at work in the
lives of those they have been praying for. Our relationship with God cannot
thrive without prayer. We cannot successfully be guided through this difficult
life without conversation with the Lord.
For when we try going it alone and ignore God, we either end up making a
big mess of things, or we hurt ourselves or the people we are trying to
help. The power of prayer, dear friend,
can unleash the Power of God.
A Whisper of Hope
Talk to Me, dear child...You can come to Me at any time and any place,
because I came, I suffered, and I died to remove the barrier between us. You are My voice and My Light for this dark
world that chooses not to listen. Our
relationship is a key ingredient, our communication a must.

Peter 3:12
The eyes of
the Lord watch over those who do right,
and His ears
are open to their prayers. But the Lord
turns His face
against those who do evil. (NLT)
and a thankful heart.
(Colossians 4:2)
