“Discovery”

 Hosea 6:3

Oh, that we might know the LORD!  Let us press on to

know Him.  Then He will respond to us as surely as the

arrival of dawn or the coming of rains in early spring.  (NLT)

     The LORD has revealed everything we need to know during our short life on this earth.  We have a loving God who wants the best for all people.  He has graciously given us the Truth, so we would know how to live and how not to live, and the consequences of our actions.  He has given us the Perfect Plan for everlasting life and the Way to achieve it.  We must put to death our old sinful life and be made a new creation in Christ Jesus.  We must get rid of our evil ways for His righteous ways.  When we surrender to His authority, we become one with the Holy Spirit.  And only then will we have the power and wisdom to navigate safely through the darkness of this wicked world that is quickly fading away.  When we know the Lord God and place all of our hope in Him, there is peace.  We no longer have to worry about this fallen world or what the Enemy does, because no matter what happens, all of God's redeemed children have the promises of the LORD to back them up. 

     What a tremendous miracle it will be when the Lord God restores His creation to perfection, giving us a new body, a new Earth, a new Heaven, and a new universe, where we will spend an eternity discovering just how big and awesome our Living God really is.  It is impossible to imagine what it will be like to physically see, touch, and hear the Lord speak, for He will explain the mysteries of life and who He is. God wants you to know Him as completely as humanly possible, so you will be prepared for eternity.  Spend every day in His Presence, reading and studying His Word, because the Lord will give you the godly wisdom and knowledge to improve your quality of living in this fallen world.  You would be wise to press on to learn all you can about the One, True God who knows all things.   The Lord wants you to experience the best He has to offer.  And when you begin to discover God my friend, your life will never be the same again.

                                              A Whisper of Hope

You need only ask, dear child…and I will reveal Myself to you.  Although you cannot handle all that I Am in your current fallen state, I will resurrect you into a new glorified body that can.  But for now, you must learn the basics, trust in My promises, and wait patiently for Me to bring you Home.

1 John 5:19, 20

We know that we are children of God and that the world

around us is under the power and control of the evil one. 

And we know that the Son of God has come, and He has

given us understanding so that we can know the True God.  (NLT)

             In just a short time, He will restore us 

              so we can live in His Presence.
