                                “Master Plan”
 Psalm 129:2, 4
From my earliest youth my enemies have persecuted me, but
they have never been able to finish me off.  But the LORD is
good; He has cut the cords used by the ungodly to bind me.  (NLT)

The deeper my relationship with the Lord becomes, the clearer I see my past and the better I understand this life.  Prior to my relationship with the Lord, I didn’t really understand anything about the nightmare I called life.  Although I believed in an Almighty God and His Authority over our lives, I had no usable knowledge about God's character or why He created me.  I was enslaved to the wicked ways of this world, and being led through this life like a steer to a slaughter house.   But unbeknownst to me, God was using my enslavement to better prepare me for His good purpose.  He helped me understand how sin so easily enslaves us and why we rebel against the righteous ways of God.  I learned that this fallen world can easily manipulate anyone into believing its endless lies that lead us away from the Truth of God's Word and into a destructive lifestyle.  And most importantly, I discovered that our Sovereign God allows us to make our own choices and then uses them, whether good or bad, to finish out His eternal Plan for all those who are called by His Name.
Our Lord God is the Master and He wastes nothing, especially when it comes to the lives of the people He chooses to be a part of His great Plan for man.  Does this mean that God just uses us and we have no say?  Of course not!  But when you give your life to the Lord you can fully trust in the fact that He is perfectly holy and just and His righteousness is flawless.  He cannot lie, nor does He ever deceive anyone.  God also keeps every promise faithfully.  I have experienced, the saving grace and, transforming power of God.  And even though I sometimes wonder about some of God's methods, I know that everything He does and allows is for the good of His Kingdom to come, and the people who live and suffer for Jesus.  If you are a slave to sin and this wicked world is leading nowhere but down, you have a Savior that can set you free and guide you Home.

                                          A Whisper of Hope
Your understanding My child, is limited…this is why you must trust in My infinite wisdom.  I created this life and I use everything for My good purpose.  I Am Faithful and True, and I lead no one astray.  I am a gracious Master that wastes nothing.

Romans 8:28
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good
of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them.  (NLT)

But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake,
                                  you are blessed.
                                    (1 Peter 3:14)
