Faithful and True
Isaiah 10:27
In that day the LORD will end the bondage of
His people. He will break the
yoke of slavery
and lift it from their shoulders. (NLT)
After seven years of God's wrath being
poured upon the earth, King Jesus will return with His Church to set up His
Kingdom on earth for one thousand years.
He will set those who survive the tribulation free from their bondage to
this fallen world. On that glorious day, the King of Creation will rule and
reign over the world and there will be perfect peace among the nations. There will be no more pain or suffering, nor
will there be any disease or poverty. The
world will be free from the evil powers of Satan, who has from the beginning,
corrupted our minds, hardened our hearts, and killed our souls. We will no longer have to put up with the
deceitful ploys of Satan, because an angel of the Lord will bind him in chains
and throw Him into the bottomless pit
and seal it tight for one thousand years.
Everyone will prosper and no one will ever go hungry. The entire world
will experience peace and prosperity for the first time. With Jesus physically ruling the world, there
will be no lawless criminals running around, for the Lord will quickly remove
them forever. In those one thousand
years, people will live longer and thus, repopulate the world, for during the
seven-year tribulation two thirds of the world’s population will be
killed.
All these things sound pretty farfetched
to most people, but God’s Word tells the whole story from beginning to the end,
and it's nothing but the absolute truth.
Don’t be caught off guard, my friends, because before all this happens,
those who belong to Jesus will meet the Lord in the sky to spend the
tribulation in Heaven. Stay alert and be prepared, because you don’t want to be
one of the two thirds that pay the ultimate price for rejecting God’s Plan; an
extremely damning experience with a whole lot a pain for eternity.
A Whisper
of Hope
Wait faithfully, dear child...and
be patient, for I AM coming soon, just as I have promised. And when I do, hang on for the ride of your
life. The plans I have are perfect and
true, for I will make all things new!
Revelation
19:11-13
Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white
horse. And
He who sat on him was called Faithful and True,
and in right-
eousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were
like a
flame of fire, and on His head were many
crowns. He had a
name written that no one knew except Himself. He was cloth-
ed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called
The
Word of God.
(NLT)
The entirety of Your word is
truth.
(Psalm 119:160)
