Glorious God

Psalm 89:8, 14

O LORD God of Heaven's Armies! 

     Where is there anyone as mighty

               as You, O LORD? 

You are entirely faithful. 

               Righteousness and justice

     are the foundation of Your throne. 

Unfailing love and truth walk before you

     as attendants.  (NLT)

     The mightiest weapons of mankind stand puny and useless against the Lord; our Almighty God of Creation and the King of the universe—Savior of it all.  Even the incredible light that pours out from our sun is nothing compared to the Glory of God Almighty.  And His Presence is nothing less than pure holiness and perfection; so much so that it is impossible for anyone to stand before Him and live.  He is the One and Only true God; a God of incorruptible justice, and our Loyal Advocate and faithful Mediator.  It is because of God’s unconditional love for people and His abundant mercy and grace that we are able to exist in this vast universe that could swallow us up in a heartbeat.   Our Lord Jesus graciously holds the universe in perfect order so everyone will have the opportunity to receive a glorified body that will spend eternity discovering the wonders of our Glorious God. 

     It becomes an amazing life-journey when you embrace and believe in the Sovereign Lord of creation, who has paved a saving path for you to travel on in this difficult leg of your eternal life-journey—a path that leads straight through Heaven’s door and into eternity.  Until you know and trust in the Lord who covers you completely, you will never discover the true joy of living this gift of life.  Living in this brutal world that has fallen away from the goodness of God is not only painful, but it is unable to offer anything close to the kind of everlasting hope and peace that comes from Heaven.  Knowing the Truth and embracing the Savior will cause even the most pessimistic life to change forever.   Discovering the Truth about God and His Way to salvation will bring you everlasting peace no matter what this unpredictable world does, for you will have the confidence that God will see you through to the other side.  But what I find the most exciting about this gift of life; is I know that there is so much more to come—an eternity of discovering the glory of God.

                                A Whisper of Hope

I AM your life-line, dear child...Hold tightly to Me  and you will live in peace and know My Joy.  The day is coming when I will make all things righteous and new for all those who live in My Light and embrace My saving grace.  And as you wait, live in patient love for others.  Spread the wealth of My glory to the poor in spirit and share the joy of living to the hopeless and lost.

Deuteronomy 10:17, 21

The LORD your God is the God of gods and Lord of lords. 

He is the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no

partiality and takes no bribes.  He alone is your God. (NLT)

                But He said, “You cannot see My face,

                 for no man can see Me and live!”
