Prevailing Justice
Ezekiel
33:18-19
For again I
say, “When righteous people turn to evil, they
will die. But if wicked people turn from their
wickedness
and do what is
just and right, they will live.” (NLT)
The LORD is the One and
only Living God. He is supreme in His Being
and His sovereign reign is over everything, both the visible and the
invisible. The Lord is perfectly just
and is always right. No one or anything
trumps the Power of God. God's character
and attributes cannot change and His holy nature is perfectly just. But we also have a God who is filled with
love and compassion, who is both merciful and gracious when dealing with the
people He created in His image. We must
also know that God will not be mocked or compromised in anyway. He loathes all
evil and unrighteousness, and He is a fair Judge. No matter how good or
righteous we may think we are, when we turn away from God to participate in the
evilness of this wicked world, God's justice will prevail. Make no doubt about it, the Lord is against
all those who are evil and two faced and they will pay a price for their sneaky
double mindedness.
It is impossible to pull
the wool over God's eyes. You cannot say
one thing and think another thing without Him knowing. You cannot be good during the day and then
slink into the darkness of night to satisfy the sinful lusts of your flesh and
hide it. You are naked before the Lord
24/7, and one day you could be held accountable for our every word, thought,
and action against God's ways. You are either with God or without Him. You are either for Him or against Him. With God, there are no gray area's and no
double standards. You are either His
friend or His enemy. The Truth, my dear
friend; you cannot live a secret life apart from God and get away with it, for
God's Perfect Justice will prevail on that Glorious Day of His return.
A Whisper of Hope
Do not try to hide, dear child...nor try to take advantage of My
grace, for My Way cannot be compromised and everything you do and say will be
exposed in My Light on Judgment Day.
Don't gamble your life away.
Instead, live in the Light for all to see.
Isaiah
56:1, 2
“Be just and
fair to all,” says the LORD. “Do what is
right
and good, for
I am coming soon to rescue you. Blessed
are
those who are
careful to do this. And blessed are those who
keep
themselves from doing wrong.” (NLT)
Just and true are Your ways, O King of the
saints.
(Revelation 15:3)
