                             Come Home
1 Peter 3:18
Christ also suffered when He died for our sins once for
all time.  He never sinned, but He died for sinners that
He might bring us safely Home to God.  (NLT)

The fact that our glorious God and Savior loved us so much that He became a man of flesh and blood so He could suffer, bleed, and die for our many sins, is an incredible Truth and an awesome blessing.  Because without God's intervention there would be no hope of salvation for anyone.  We would all get a well-deserved guilty charge and an eternal life sentence in hell with no hope for parole. What a sorrowful state of mind we would be in if this extremely short-lived life with all its pain and suffering and hardships was all we had. What an incredible waste of precious souls it would be if we had to live in this difficult life for nothing more than death and eternal punishment. Our God has not only warned us about the cost for living however we want, ignoring His Law and righteous ways, but He has also paid the price for our disobedience. In this modern age of mankind, we can watch the whole world in real time and see the damage that godless living inflicts. We clearly see the decadence of morality, godly living, and the family, and yet we continue to make matters worse.
Why would our betrayed God want to save such a rebellious and wicked people from the terrible fate we have justly earned by loving our sin more than Him?  Why does the Almighty God allow mankind to continue mocking Him right to His Face, yet does not completely destroy us, but gives us ample opportunity to turn from our sins and redeem our lives?  Never doubt God's love for you, my friend, for He voluntarily suffered a bloody death, nailed naked to a piece of dead tree to save you from the agony of dying over and over again for all eternity.  God created you to live with Him forever in a perfect world.  Don't miss out on His offer to personally guide you safely Home, because the alternative is not pretty at all.

                                   A Whisper of Hope
Allow Me, My child...to be your Everything, for when you do, you will surely be glad you did.  For I created you to live with Me, forever and in sweet peace.  This world is not the end for My children; it is only the beginning of a very long and perfect life to come.

2 Corinthians 5:4-5
Our dying bodies make us groan and sigh, but it's not that we
want to die and have no bodies at all.  We want to slip into our
new bodies so that these dying bodies will be swallowed up by
everlasting life.  God Himself has prepared us for this, and as
a guarantee He has given us the Holy Spirit.  (NLT)

For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God
just as firmly as when we first believed, we
will share in all that belongs to Christ.
                                  (Hebrews 3:14)
