        Battle Wise
Galatians 5:17
The old sinful nature loves to do evil, which is
just opposite from what the Holy Spirit wants.
And the Spirit gives us desires that are opposite
from what the sinful nature desires.  These two
forces are constantly fighting each other, and your
choices are never free from the conflict.  (NLT)

The battles for your physical life and that of your eternal soul begins the very moment you are conceived.  Our world and everything in it has been infected with sin, decadence, and death because of our rebellion against God.  The battles that we face are indeed difficult and unpredictable, but the real battles for our hearts minds and souls are against the evil powers of Satan, who wants keep people from knowing the Living God and to destroy everything that belongs to Him.  Satan was once God’s most beautiful and powerful angel who, in his quest to take over God’s Kingdom, persuaded a third of all the angels to follow him in an uprising against God, but of course they failed.  Satan was kicked out of Heaven and has been wreaking havoc upon the people of earth for thousands of years.  Satan is the dark force of evil that drives this world; a force that every man, woman, and child must face every waking moment of their earthly lives.  The unseen evil forces are very dangerous, because they not only threaten our very existence in this life, but the life of our eternal souls.  The devil is alive and working overtime in our world, and to make matters worse, our human hearts are born with a wicked and deceitful nature that loves to sin.
The evil we face is powerful and its darkness is overwhelming and it will get even more so until that glorious day when our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ, returns to set up His Kingdom on earth.  And at that time one of God's angels will bind Satan in chains and lock him in the bottomless pit for a thousand years, where he can no longer deceive the world.  But until that great and awesome day, the battles rage on—battles you will fight until you breathe your very last breath—battles that you cannot win apart from God.  The only hope you have in overcoming our Satan induced, evil nature to sin is found in the Power of the Holy Spirit, which you receive when you are born again in Christ Jesus.  When you turn your life over to the care and control of the Lord, He will help you win the everyday battles of good and evil.  With the renewing of your heart, you will gain the strength and wisdom to fend off the attacks of the devil.   Never doubt the powerful hold that sin has over you, my friend, and never doubt the inherent weaknesses you possess in fighting that power. For without the resurrection power of our Almighty God, you will remain enslaved by sin and Satan as your master.

                                     A Whisper of Hope
Awaken, dear child…for your very life depends on it.  You can love this evil world or you can love Me.  You can love to sin and follow Satan into Hell, or you can love Me and journey Home.  You can hide in the darkness and loose, or live in the Light and win.  It is a choice of death or life.

2 Peter 1:3, 4
As we know Jesus better, His divine power gives
us everything we need for living a godly life. He
has promised that you will escape the decadence
all around you caused by evil desires and that you
will share in His divine nature.  (NLT)

               Vainly Living
Psalm 127:1
Unless the LORD builds the house,
     they labor in vain who builds it;
Unless the LORD guards the city,
the watchman stays awake in vain.  (NKJ)

Unless you know, love, and live for the Lord our God, your life is lived in vain, because apart from our Creator we gain nothing worth dying for.  Without knowing the Truth of God's written Word there is no purpose for anything.  Without a God driven life we run around in circles, making the same foolish mistakes hoping for better results.  When you merely live for the sole purpose of existing, you end up living for the moment and hoping it is not your last.  Without the absolute Truth anything and everything is game.  Without knowing how you came to be and who you were created to be and for what purpose you are here and where it all leads, there is only confusion, disappointment, doubt and death.  People who live apart from God and do whatever they feel like doing are living on the edge of the abyss.  When your life becomes all about yourself, it leaves you empty and living in vain.  When you live by our own rules and for your own sinful passions you are of no value in the Kingdom of God's Garden and the Gardener will cut you off and throw you into a heap to be burned.
The life that God has graciously given you is not an accident, my friend, but a careful, well thought out plan by the Creator and Master Gardener.  Without the Gardener the garden would have never been planted.  Without God’s gardening precision, the universe that supports garden Earth would be spinning wildly out of control with no purpose, much like a garden without a gardener would turn wild with very little produce.  Without God’s direction and intervention, people would feed on anything in the garden that would satisfy their appetites regardless of the consequences, much like eating from a garden without knowing what is good or what is poison.  People who deny the existence of the Master Gardener have an emptiness so deep that it will never be filled.   People who live apart from their Savior are left unprotected, unaware, and helpless prey for the jaws of Satan.   However you are living and whatever you are building, if God is not in the plan it will crumble into a heap of rumble to be burned forever, because God's Word tells us so.

                               A Whisper of Hope
Without Me as your Foundation…life's storms will bring you down.  Without My sustaining power your life will spin out of control.  But a life build on the Foundation of Truth will stand strong through the many storms of this fallen world.  Build wisely, child and I will bring eternal purpose to your life.

John 15:5-6
“Yes, I am the Vine; you are the branches. Those who
remain in Me, and I in them, will produce much fruit.
For apart from Me you are nothing.  Anyone who parts
from Me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers.
Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned.”  (NLT)

                   But on the judgment day,
fire will reveal what kind of work
each builder has done. The fire will show
if a person's work has any value.

                  Cross Message
Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer
I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which
I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave Himself up for me. (NKJ)

What an incredibly freeing truth this is for anyone who can grasp its true meaning and then embrace its significance.  We live in an extremely evil world that is only getting more evil and those who have chosen the world rather than Christ Jesus should be thankful that they are not dead and still have time to change their minds.  The Lord gives us the freedom to choose how we live our lives, He does not force His will on us.  When you believe in God, you can trust His every Word or you can pick and choose what fits your agenda.  You can trust in the sacrificial death of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, or you can deny the gift of salvation and trust in your own goodness and hope you are good enough.  You can surrender your life to God and know that your eternal life is safely in His hands, or you can continue down your own path that leads into the jaws of Satan.  You can choose the Lord to satisfy your every need, or you can choose the world to satisfy the sinful lusts of your carnal flesh.
There are many choices put before you that seem good but are detrimental to your spiritual health but when you surrender your life to God there is peace, comfort, joy, and the eternal promise of Heaven.  But if you remain hard headed and filled with pride, relying on the world and yourself, there is no peace, little comfort, sporadic happiness, and the fear of death.  You can trust the Way of God and stand blameless before the Lord on the Day of Judgment, or you can trust the ways of the world and live in fear of that day.  When you understand who God is and what He did for you, my friend, you will feel so liberated and thankful that you will dedicate your life to God for the rest of your days.  You can embrace the message of the Cross or not, but either way the consequences of your choice will have no end.

                                   A Whisper of Hope
Never forget, dear child…that I died for you on the Cross.  Bring all your sins and failed attempts at being good enough and nail them to My Cross.  I canceled your debt and took the punishment that you deserved.   Embrace the Cross and the message is yours!

1 Timothy 2:4, 5-6
He wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.
For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile
God and people.  He is the man Christ Jesus.  He gave His life
to purchase freedom for everyone.  This is the message that
God gave to the world at the proper time.  (NLT)

We trust in the Living God, who is the Savior of all men.

           The God Equation
Jeremiah 9:24
But let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands
and knows Me, that I am the LORD who exercises loving-
kindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight
in these things, declares the LORD.  (NASB)

As sinful people living in a sinful world, we have little or nothing to boast about other than the mercy and grace of our Lord God and Savior. This fallen world has no shortage of prideful people who hold themselves in the highest esteem, whether they are successful or not. Those that have succeeded often pat themselves on the back, giving little credit to anyone or anything for their success.  But in reality, these kinds of people are denying the sovereignty of God and putting themselves above the Creator who sustains all life.  Throughout the history of mankind, people have been blind sighted by the lies of Satan who wants everyone to believe that they are the captain of their souls and in control of their destiny.  This godless world view of self-importance and self-love is taught to us from the time we are born.  Human beings have never been and never will be in control of anything even though we are brain washed into believing we are.  Without the Creator there is only chaos, because it is the power of God's Word that keeps the universe in tune so we can breathe and live.  Our Lord God is the One who is in total control—we on the other hand, are out of control.
There are only two major choices to make that will shape our lives and determine our eternal destiny.  We can surrender to the Lord and let Him lead the charge, or we can go our own way to walk with the devil and let him satisfy our sinful lusts.  The first choice leads to Heaven, the second choice leads to Hell.  The first choice teaches us the absolute truth and we experience peace and the joy of knowing the Lord, while the second choice leads to deceit, confusion, uncertainty, and the fear of death.  When you ride with the Lord and let Him do the driving, your journey through this life will not end in vain, but to the start of a glorious journey without end.  You can choose to live on our own and hope for the best results, or you can choose God and get the best.

                                       A Whisper of Hope
Be humble and contrite, dear child…and follow the One who gives and sustains your life.  You can be pleased with your accomplishments, but remember from whom all things come.  When you journey with Me in charge, you will find true purpose in this life and vast riches in the next.

Job 34:14-15
If God were to take back His Spirit and withdraw His breath,
all life would cease, and humanity would turn again to dust.  (NLT)

           Mercy and Goodness
Psalm 118:1
Oh, give thanks to the LORD,
               for He is good!
     Because His mercy endures
               forever.  (NKJ)

The Author and Finisher of life deserves every ounce of thanks and praise that we can possibly muster, because without God, the merciful Giver of all good things, we would have no Hope and nothing good to enjoy.  Mercy and goodness are His nature; the very essence of who He is and what He does.  God is God.  He always has been and always will be, for He can never ceases being God.   Everything that is good and righteous comes from above in Heaven, everything else comes from the darkness below.  If you are the kind of person that can only praise God when life is good, you must rise to a higher level and praise God no matter what your circumstances are.  Although there are many things about this fallen world that can certainly question God's mercy and goodness, there remains one absolute truth that we should never question: God’s desire to save all the people He creates from certain death and destruction.  The Father’s disposition concerning mankind may vary from time to time, but the mercy and goodness of His steadfast faithfulness to save remains the same.
The Living God is still pouring out His amazing grace on a world that is filled with people who have embraced the darkness of Satan—a world filled with people who love their sin and themselves more than God—who are rebellious against anything that is godly or righteous.  The steadfast patience of our Lord God and Savior is beyond our understanding, because the stench of evil in this world is out of control.  Even though we are all deeply guilty of sin and deserve condemnation, God has (in His mercy and goodness) graciously chosen to forgive all of our sins through the sacrificial death of His Son, Jesus Christ.  If you have accepted this undeserved gift from God, you should thank Him every day of your life.  But if you have not accepted His offer, you should thank Him anyways, because He is giving you time to surrender.  There are many reasons to praise our God in Heaven with joy and thanksgiving, especially when we truly know Him and love Him!

                A Whisper of Hope
My goodness, dear child…is found in the mercy that I pour out on you every day of your life.  It is my nature; the essence of who I AM.  I AM Love, Kindness, Gracious, Merciful, and Goodness.  But I AM also perfectly Holy and Just in everything.

James 1:17
Whatever is good and perfect comes to us from
God above, who created all heaven’s lights.  (NLT)

If we confess our sins to Him, He is
faithful and just to forgive us.

           Break Out
Psalm 107:13-14
Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble,
and He saved them out of their distresses.  He
brought them out of darkness and the shadow of
death, and broke their chains in pieces.  (NKJ)

Even today people are still crying out to God, but sadly as a last resort—a desperate cry to be rescued by a God they hope exits.  Most people in this fallen world do not believe in the Living God of creation, yet when their troubles are dire they cry out anyway, hoping He is real and that He hears their cry.  There are many Christians in our world who claim they believe, but they, too, only cry out to God when the chips are down.  But the number of true believer's is growing in our world and they not only cry out to God when things are not going so well, but they also cry out to God when things are good; when all they need is to praise and worship the Living God for the greatness and glory that is His alone.  Our God is gracious and merciful to all people, even those who deny His existence.  I know that when it is in God's good will to do so, He helps many skeptics who cry out to Him when all else fails; when they can no longer depend on their own strength and wisdom.  I also know from my own life, that our God saves people who are lost in utter hopelessness not wanting any of His help, just death.
God is love and He takes pity upon the lost and hopeless; even those who have turned away from His love and are trapped in the deepest depths of darkness and defeat.  Our Lord God and Savior, Jesus Christ, faithfully rescues all those who humbly fall on their knees in complete surrender.  The same God who saved His people Israel from their bondage in Egypt is our Almighty Savior who is not hindered by anything.  Only God can save you from the prison of darkness that holds you chained to your sin.  Only the Savior can free you from the pain and shame of that sin.  Only the Creator can give you a new heart.  Only the Redeemer can give you the fresh air of victory and a brand-new start.  Only Jesus can bring you back from the dead!

                                       A Whisper of Hope
I hear every cry, dear child...even those in the deepest and darkest dungeons of sin.   I hear every plea for mercy and grace.   And for all those who humble themselves in My Presence, I will part those iron bars and shatter the chains of sin that hold them down.  Their rescue will be complete and final.

Deuteronomy 31:6
“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear
nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God,
He is the One who goes with you.  He will not
leave you nor forsake you.”   (NKJ)

For every child of God defeats this evil world
by trusting Christ to give the victory.

             Soul Shepherd
Psalm 100:3
Acknowledge that the LORD
               is God!
He made us, and we are His.
We are His people, the sheep of
               His pasture.  (NLT)

When I think of Jesus I think of the Living God, our Almighty Creator, the King of the Universe, the Savior of the world, and the Good Shepherd of our souls. The Good Shepherd laid down His life for the souls of His flock, for they are in His care to protect, heal, comfort, and lead safely Home.  In many ways we are like sheep in the great pasture of God, for our lives depend on Him, and like it or not, we belong to God.  He not only created us, but He paid the ransom that set us free from the power of sin the eternal death we deserve.  Our Good Shepherd could have thrown in the towel and given up, leaving us unprotected and easy prey for the Enemy.  But the Lord chose to became a man in order to shepherd His people who were hopelessly lost and without direction.  Much like sheep, we, too, tend to wander aimlessly with our heads to the ground, oblivious to the real dangers around us because we are too busy feeding our sinful appetites.  And when we get so focused on our own hungers, we get attacked by soul eating beasts and become soul food for the devil.
We are a prideful and rebellious people, always going our own ways, believing we are self-made, self-sustaining, and self-sufficient, but we are not.  We need God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit if we are to survive this leg of our dark journey through a world that hates God and everything that belongs to Him.  The Father sent His Son to save the flock from wandering too far into the darkness where we become easy prey for the soul hungry jaws of Satan.  The Good Shepherd knows how vulnerable and helpless we are without Him.  The Good Shepherd never sleeps, is never surprised, or caught off guard.  He searches, finds, heals our wounds, and saves.  It's a soul saving miracle, my friend, to be found by the Good Shepherd, who carries you out of the darkness and into His marvelous Light.  How glorious it is to be in the arms of God, the Good Shepherd of your soul!

                                    A Whisper of Hope
Remain close to Me, child... because apart from Me you are easy prey for the hungry jaws of soul eating beasts.  Without the Good Shepherd of your soul, you wander without direction; being deceived by the Evil One and forfeiting the life of your soul.

John 10:27-30
Jesus replied, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them,
and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they
will never perish; My Father, who has given them to Me, is
greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of
the Father’s hand. I and the Father are One.”  (NASB)

Once you were wandering like sheep,
but now you have turned to your Shepherd,
                    the Guardian of your souls.

         Pure Love
1 Corinthians 13:4-7
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful
or proud or rude.  Love does not demand its own way.
Love is not irritable, and it keeps no record of when it
has been wronged.  It is never glad about injustice but
rejoices whenever the truth wins out.  Love never gives
up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures
through every circumstance.  (NLT)

Love is everything that our sinful nature is not.  Although our mouths can speak the words, “I love you, and our minds can reason with love, and our hearts can long for it; do we really know what true love is?   The people of this fallen world know nothing of God's love, nor can they experience the true and lasting love that God designed for us this side of heaven.  Instead, the world substitutes lust, pleasure and self-importance as love, and people who live in this kind of love are enemies of God.  Our Creator commands all people to love Him above all else, but this is not an easy command for us sinners to follow, because we are lovers of self and the world of pleasure.   Most of us have been betrayed or hurt by worldly love and many have become afraid of love.  It's hard for people to know or even recognize what true love is when all they know is what this loveless world has taught them.  They don't know from where it comes, why it's needed, or how to find it—all they know is the emptiness of not having it.
What the world knows of love is shallow at best.  We all have our own views on what love should look like, but we search for it in all the wrong places and in all the wrong ways.  It is only by seeking the Truth, that you find love, and when you belong to God, He will fill your life with His never-ending love.   When you know the Creator, He opens the eyes of your heart to not only receive His love, but how to return it as well.  When you know your Savior and what He has done to prove His unconditional love, you will then discover what real love means.  Although you can never fully understand God's love this side of Heaven, you can accept it and then live in it.  No one will ever perfect the art of loving the way God loves, but you can begin your journey of love by exalting and loving the Living God who created you and then He will teach you how to live and love like His Son, Christ Jesus.

                             A Whisper of Hope
Loving others, dear child…is not an easy thing to do.  But as you spend time with Me, the Lover of your soul, I will teach you to love as I have loved you.  When you are in love with this world, you will never know Me or My love.  Instead, be in love with Me and I will fill you with an everlasting love.

Matthew 22:37-38
Jesus replied, “You must love the Lord your God with
all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind.  This is
the first and greatest commandment. A second is equally
important: ‘Love you neighbor as yourself.’ ”  (NLT)

The one who does not love
does not know God, for God is love!
                                (1 John 4:8)

              Father and Son
1 Corinthians 8:6, 7
But we know that there is only one God, the Father,
who created everything, and we exist for Him. And
there is only one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom
God made everything and through whom we have
been given life.  (NLT)

What a powerful and clear affirmation of the essential equality of God the Father and God the Son and where we perfectly fit into the equation.  Unfortunately, most of the people living in this fallen world do not received this truth with an open mind nor the desire to know more. Most stumble blindly through this difficult life never hearing the truth, because they are too busy trying to satisfy their lusts for life from a world that doesn't want the Truth known—a world that hates Jesus and wants to keep its people enslaved to the lies of the evil Enemy of their souls.  There are many lost souls that have ignored the Truth and remain trapped in the darkness of this world that promise them much, but only delivers them unto death.  But there are also many lost souls who have been found and set free by the Truth, who struggle courageously every day to remain free from the darkness that had once held them enslaved to their sinful appetites.  Although our Lord and God, Christ Jesus, has paid the price to set us free from the power of sin, walking away from the sinful things that we love to indulge in is never easy, for even though the chains have been broken, the sinful nature remains.
Freedom from this wicked world does not come easy, my friends, especially when you have been enslaved by its lusts for most of your life.  We need a powerful Savior, a Strong Tower, and a safe Place where we can go for protection and regeneration.  God paid a very hefty price to break us free from the power of sin and death by personally purchasing our tickets to hell. It is far better to be bought by God than to be caught in the snares of Satan.  It is better to be a friend of God than it is to be His enemy.  It is both an honor and a privilege to serve our Lord God Jesus Christ, and much more rewarding than hording the meaningless things of this world that you will lose in the long run.  If you long for the Truth, you can find it by raising your hands high, looking up, and cry out for God's forgiveness and Amazing Grace. When you sincerely searched for the Truth, He will find you and set you free to live in this fallen world with the joy of the Lord in your heart, the gift of Salvation as your ticket to Heaven, and the Peace of God that will comfort you until He gets you there safely.

                             A Whisper of Hope
I Am the only God…dear child.  There is no Other.  Do not let the many false gods of this fallen world tempt you otherwise, for they do not have your best interest in mind.  It is difficult to discern right from wrong in this darkened world which thrives on deceit, but when you know the Way, the Truth and the Life, I will set you free from the lies that bring only despair and death.

1 John 5:20
And we know that the Son of God has come,
and He has given us understanding so that
we can know the true God.  And now we are
in God because we are in His Son, Jesus Christ,
He is the only true God, and He is eternal life.  (NLT)

God purchased you at a high price.
Don’t be enslaved by the world.
                        (1 Corinthians 7:23)

      For the Love of God
Psalm 91:14-15
The LORD says, “I will rescue those who love Me.  I will protect those
who trust in My Name.  When they call on Me, I will answer; I will be
with them in trouble.  I will rescue them and honor them.”  (NLT)

Even though the Almighty God commands us to love Him above all else and to obey His Law, He does not force us to.  But because He created man with a free will, we do not always love and obey Him as we should, instead, we tend to love ourselves more and do whatever we feel like doing.  It is only by knowing who God is and who we are not, that we grow to love, honor and obey Him.   It is crucial that we personally know the Lord God if we are to learn what He expects and why we need to obey and follow His Way.  I have learned (often the hard way) that whether we love and obey God or not, He loves us.  God's love is not dependent on what we do or don’t do, say or don’t say, and even when we are unfaithful to Him time and time again, He remains faithful to us.  God’s Holy character never changes.  Though we make Him unhappy and angry at times, He knows and understands our fallen nature, yet He loves us in spite of that dilemma.  We can cause Him great joy, but that doesn't make Him love us any more than He already does.  We can mess up big time and sadden His heart deeply, but that doesn't cause Him to love us any less.
The Almighty God loves you, my friend, just has you are, broken, sinful, and hard headed.  Most people don't want to know God or His Way, because it would ruin their fun.  But the children of God want to know their Creator and choose to follow Him rather than this wicked world, and so He gives them the power and wisdom to overcome the ways of this fallen world that are forged in darkness. The devil wants you to believe that God is too high up to care, too angry to love, and too strict to obey.  But the Living God is love and proved it by coming to us so He could shed His blood upon the earth to cleanse our sins.  Jesus Christ is our Saving God, Protector, and Sovereign King.  His love never ceases no matter how far you may have strayed from Him.  God knows you are sin flawed and in need of His mercy and grace, so He has provided a second chance for you to slip on His robe of righteousness that hides your sin condition.  Embrace His love.  Embrace your Savior!

                                A Whisper of Hope
My love for you, dear child…does not depend on you.  Your life will always be filled with mistakes and regrets, with doubts and fear, and with failure after failure, but I will always love you perfectly.

Romans 8:38-39
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us
from His love. Death can’t, and life can’t.  The angels
can’t, and the demons can’t.  Our fears for today, our
worries about tomorrow, and even the powers of hell
can’t keep God’s love away.  (NLT)

As we live in God, our love grows more perfect.
                          (Romans 4:17)

                          In Coming
1 Corinthians 5:7-8
Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed
for us.  So let us celebrate the festival, not by
eating the old bread of wickedness and evil, but
by eating the new bread of purity and truth.  (NLT)

When a person accepts the undeserved gift of forgiveness and salvation from our Lord God and Savior, there is great reason for all Christians to rejoice and celebrate this new life, as they do in Heaven.  But with the celebration of our new life of freedom from the power of sin and death, the Lord also calls us to live the remainder of our life in repentance, discarding the old sinful life that loves to sin, and put on the robe of righteousness that loves to please God.  What a marvelous second chance this is, my friend; to be born again in spirit and truth that changes your eternal destiny no matter how stained with sin you were; to have a new beginning—a  brand new start.   You have been cleansed from a life of sin that kept you separated from God and chained to death row.
The Son of God died to set you free from the power of sin that this wicked world embraces.  You no longer have to fear what tomorrow may bring or your even your death.  And what joy it brings when you know that all of our sins have been forever forgiven and forgotten by the Living God.  What calm it brings during the storms of life when you know that your name is written in God's Book of Life.
When you accept and embrace the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as your own, you should honor the One who saved you from the pits of Hell by not hiding in the safety of your salvation.  Instead, hold the Light of Life as high as you can so other fellow travelers of this difficult life-journey can see the Truth and be born again into the Kingdom of our Lord God and Savior, Jesus Christ.  If you have not surrendered your old life of sin to the Lord, it would be wise to do it soon.  But if you have already become a new creation, then rejoice so the whole world can see!

                               A Whisper of Hope
Rejoice and celebrate, My child…for I have given My all so you could have it all.  This new life I offer is a life of honor and glory; one of truth and righteousness.  This new life in Me is truly worth living—a life that is filled with hope and joy that no one can take from you. It is yours to keep!

Colossians 2:13-14
You were dead because of your sins and because your
sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you
alive with Christ.  He forgave all our sins.  He canceled
the record that contained the charges against us.  He
took it and destroyed it by nailing it to Christ’s cross.  (NLT)

Therefore if anyone is in Christ,
he is a new creation; old things have
passed away; behold, all things have become new.

                   Simple Wisdom
1 Corinthians 1:18
I know very well how foolish the message of the cross sounds
to those who are on the road to destruction.  But we who are
being saved recognize this message as the very power of God.  (NLT)

Even the simplest mind can reason why it's impossible for someone to come back to life after being dead and buried for days.  This is why it is so hard for the most brilliant minds of the world to believe in the Resurrection Power of the Living God.  It is also too simple to believe in a Sovereign God who created the universe and life with a spoken word.  The greatest minds of the world have rallied around each other for thousands of years to debate the origin of the universe and life, but what they always come up with is by far more difficult to believe than the simple Truth.  The Lord tells us that human wisdom is foolishness and the most brilliant people lack real understanding.  The simple and easy to understand plan that God created for mankind makes the most brilliant plans of a man look utterly foolish when the Truth is known.  Although God uses brilliant people to advance His Kingdom, He also uses many average, everyday people as well.  Our wise God uses brilliant minds to discover new things about the universe, this world, and the bodies we live in, but sadly, many gifted and brilliant people never discover the real truth for which they seek; truth that opens the mind and softens the heart to God’s incredible eternal Plan for those who would simply believe.
Mankind's brilliant reason for creation is foolish, hard to grasp, has no purpose, and if you believe and embraced it, this life will end badly for you.  God’s sovereign plan, on the other hand, is beyond brilliant, easy to understand, has a truly divine purpose, and if embraced, this life will end gloriously.  The knowledge and capability of God compared to that of the most brilliant human mind is much like comparing the size of the universe to a single atom.  God is so far above mans understanding that a rational comparison cannot be made, for with God there are simply no bounds or restrictions.  No amount of human wisdom can save anyone from dying, but God can with just a word.  The best of man’s plans cannot stand the test of time, but the Master Planner's does.  Simply put; without God and His Divine Plan, all of your plans will crumble
and disappear into the abyss forever.  But if all you have my friend, is the basic knowledge of God and His glorious Plan in the bag, you have more of everything than the most brilliant of worldly minds, including wisdom and insight.

                              A Whisper of Hope
I AM the Creator, My child…And the One who creates is always greater than that which He creates.  Never forget where you came from and always seek the Truth.  The world will deem you foolish and weak for believing in the Resurrection and the Life.  But let not your heart be troubled, for you will overcome this foolish world and experience the brilliance to come.

Jeremiah 10:12
He has made the earth by His power,
He has established the world by His
wisdom; And has stretched out the
heavens at His discretion.  (NKJ)

Turn to Me and be saved, all the
                  ends of the earth;
for I am God, and there is no other.
