Life Anew
Ezekiel 11:19-20
“Then I will give them one
heart, and I will put a
new spirit within them, and
take the stony heart
out of their flesh and give
them a heart of flesh,
that they may walk in My
statutes and keep My
judgments and do them, and
they shall be My
people, and I will be their
God.” (NKJ)
Because of our sinful nature we come into
this fallen world with a heart that is also sinful and in time it becomes
hardened with self-preservation and pride—conditions that causes us to drift
away from our Creator without knowing how dangerous it is without Him. This world and everything in it is cursed
because of the evil one, who poisons our minds, hardens our hearts, and kills
our souls, and he will continue doing so until the Lord locks him away for
good. We must live and deal with our
sinful nature as long as we are alive or until Jesus takes us Home. For those
who are still living, our Lord God has provided the Way that we can escape the
grasp of evil that holds us captive to the self-destructive sins that leads to
eternal separation from the Light of God.
Our world has been so deceived by the lies
of Satan that it's really hard for people to know and understand what is truly
true and what is not. God's Truth frees
us from the power of sin and death and promises us new life, while Satan's
false truth draws us deeper into our sin and promises only death. God's Truth teaches us to know, love, and
respect the One who created us, while the dark truth inspires us to ignore and
hate God, and blame him for the woes of the world. God's Truth helps us accept our circumstances
as they are and tells us to live in thanksgiving to God for the good things we
have. But the false truth causes us to
despise our circumstances and blame others.
Knowing the Way and the Truth that comes from above, will bring Light
and Hope into your life. Our Lord God and Savior came, He taught, and He
sacrificed His life to bring us a new eternal life.
A
Whisper of Hope
I
rescued you, dear child...to give you hope and a future, to earn
your trust, and to give you a new heart.
I did not create you to live apart from Me, for you cannot survive on
your own. And I can give you what you
need for a new and glorious life that will never end.
Jeremiah
17:9
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and
desperately wicked; who can know it? (NKJ)
he is
a new creation;
old things have passed away;
behold, all things have
become new.
(2
Corinthians 5:17)
