“Victory”
Deuteronomy 30:3, 4
Do not be afraid
as you go out to fight today! Do not
lose heart or panic.
For the LORD
your God is going with you! He will
fight for you against
your enemies,
and He will give you victory! (NLT)
Living in this fallen state
we find ourselves struggling to survive in a world that is not always user
friendly, especially for those of us who seek to live a Christian life. As follower's of Christ, we must always be
ready to not only fight for our faith and families, but for our hearts, minds
and souls when it comes from an Enemy that hates our Lord God, Jesus
Christ. Every single day we are faced
against the deadliest and most dangerous Enemy of man: Satan and his wicked
world that embraces his evil ways. The
world is being bombarded with so many lies from the Enemy that we are literally
being brainwashed into believing even the most absurd. These confused people are falling for the
age old lie that this life is all about satisfying the hungers of our carnal
flesh.
Satan is moving our world
further away from God and His Truth, leading it down paths that seem okay, but
lead to eternal death and destruction.
Our children are being taught to rebel against the Truth of God, which
is no longer applicable in today's modern world. Satan is cleverly using the power of the
media; newspapers, magazines, television, radio, Hollywood, and the Internet to
poison our minds so we can be led to slaughter, unaware of the eternal
destination. Living in this evil world t
is an excruciating battle for truth that can only be found in Christ. Never fear standing for the Truth that is
absolute and eternal. Do not let your
discouragement get the best of you, because the Lord God has promised victory
to all those who fight the good fight.
Our Lord God is mighty to save.
A
Whisper of Hope
Listen
carefully, My child…You can follow Me into victory and live, or
follow Satan into defeat and die. No
middle ground; no gray areas. It's one
or the other. You can choose the world
and loose or you can choose Me in victory.
2 Timothy 3:1, 2, 4
You
should also know this…that in the last days there will be very difficult times.
For
people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and
proud, scoffing at God…They will betray their
friends, be reckless, be puffed up
with
pride, and love pleasure rather than God.
(NLT)
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory
through our Lord Jesus
Christ.
(1
Corinthians 15:57)
